Every RootedNLoud piece is made specifically for you the moment you order — no warehouse, no mass production, no sitting on a shelf. Just your piece, made with intention, on its way to you.
Here's everything you need to know.
1. How Our Process Works
The second you hit "Place Order," your tee goes into production. That's how we keep every piece meaningful — made for you, not for everyone.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates
We keep it simple. No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.
3. Track Your Order
The moment your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to go live after you receive it.
You can check your order status anytime through the link in your email — we keep you in the loop every step of the way.
4. Address — Get It Right
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If your package gets returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment.
RootedNLoud is not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout. Check it twice — we want your order in your hands, not bouncing back.
5. Lost or Missing Package?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but your package hasn't shown up — don't stress. Here's what to do first:
- Check with neighbors or your building's front desk or mailroom
- Give it 1–2 extra business days — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered a little early
- Still nothing? Email us at cs@rootednloud.com with your order number and we'll get on it immediately
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will resend your order or refund you in full — your call, no runaround.
6. Damaged in Transit?
If your order arrives damaged, photograph both the packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@rootednloud.com. We'll make it right — fast.
