Real talk — every piece from RootedNLoud is more than a tee. It's a statement. A declaration of who you are and where you come from. We take that seriously, and we stand behind every single order. This isn't fine print. This is our word.


1. Cancellations & Order Changes

Changed your mind? We got you — but move fast.

You have 6 hours from the time you place your order to cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.

After that window closes, your order is already in production. Because every RootedNLoud piece is made specifically for you the moment you order, we cannot cancel or make changes once it enters the fulfillment queue.

2. All Sales Are Final

Every RootedNLoud piece is made on demand — exclusively for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is mass-produced. Your order goes into production the moment you check out — that's how we keep everything intentional, fresh, and meaningful.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (our Size Guide is on every product page — use it before you checkout)
  • Personal preference on fit, color, or style

We know that's real talk. That's why we always say — check your size twice, order once.

💡 Pro tip from the culture: When in doubt, size up. Our tees hit different oversized. Trust.


3. When We Will Make It Right — No Debate, No Drama

Your satisfaction isn't a checkbox for us. It's the standard.

If your order shows up with any of the issues below, contact us and we will either send you a brand-new replacement at zero cost or refund you in full — your call, your choice:

To file a claim, email us at cs@rootednloud.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue (required for defect or wrong item claims)
  3. Your preference: Resend or Refund

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. We don't drag our feet on this.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is processed.
  • Zero restocking fees. Zero return shipping fees. If we messed up, we own it — and it costs you nothing to make it right.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in transit: Photograph both the packaging and the item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll take it from there.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 30+ days, reach out. We'll investigate with the carrier and get you a resend or full refund — no runaround.
